Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping in 2-3 business days. We ship all standard orders Monday–Thursday via USPS. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday via USPS. Need to items sooner? No problem! We offer expedited shipping at checkout. Just choose your quicker-shipping option and we’ll get your order going.

Shipping rates
Flat Rate in the US: $5, Canada: $11, International: $18 Orders over $200 qualify for free ground shipping in the U.S. Orders over $350 qualify for free international shipping!

Incorrect Shipping Address
In the Willows is not responsible for orders that are placed with an incorrect shipping address. If you notice an error in address and your order is still pre-shipment send us a note ASAP to and we will adjust it, if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address the customer is responsible for re-shipment charges.


Combining shipping costs
We cannot combine shipping for separate orders. Please ensure you checkout all items you are wanting to purchase together in one single transaction to get the best value shipping cost. 

Lost Orders
In the Willows is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to carrier error. That said, if your package is lost please let us know and we will work with you to locate your package and make it right.


We gladly accept returns for items bought directly from us at full-price within 14 days of  purchase. Products must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Please email us with your order number and ‘Return’ in the subject line. Goods must then be sent back within 5 business days of the email confirmation of your return (postage marked within 5 working days).

Damaged goods?  If you have received a damaged item, please email us for instructions. Great care is taken to ensure you do not receive something that has been damaged, but in the event of this occurring, please email us. We’ll do our best to resolve any issue quickly for you. You will receive an exchange if possible or a full refund onto your original payment method and also be 
reimbursed for postage
